Signed and sealed hard copy and AutoCAD digital file of all necessary survey work—consisting of ALTA, boundary, topography, tree locations as required, wetlands/stream/buffers, platting/easements, construction stakeout, record drawings, etc.

Signed and sealed hard copy of geotechnical subsurface investigation, including pavement design, stormwater infiltration and Seasonal High Water Table (SHWT) analysis and site specific construction considerations

All architectural designs including building elevations

All coordination of easements with adjacent property owners for off-site grading, roadways, stormwater and utility tie-ins
